G Partners has been advising the Belgian family holding Verlinvest in the LBO, the management and the current build-up strategy of Restel Residences. The company was acquired in 2003 and has now grown into the leading operator of senior living residences in Belgium with over 2000 flats and beds.

Alec de Changy is involved in the monthly monitoring of the company as well as in business development and the purchases of additional units.
