We have extensive operational experience as we created ourselves some of the companies in our portfolio.

We work very closely with the entrepreneurs we back and are familiar with their daily concerns. Our help ranges from operational issues (monthly monitoring, recruiting, commercial support) to strategic issues (partnerships and mergers/acquisitions) as well as financial issues (raising debt or equity).

Projects are important, but people are our focus. We look for managers with a vision, and the will and skills to turn this vision into reality.
