1989-1991	Joint Venture Negotiations Assisted in the negotiations for oil permits with foreign governments and joint venture partners. Traveled extensively in Gabon, Syria, Papua New Guinea, Norway, Singapore, UK, Thailand, Bermuda and Burundi to review the financial, legal and technical aspects of contracts concluded with partners in oil exploration joint ventures.
